A limited table-top exhibition will run in parallel to the conference for companies and organisations that wish to promote at mAm 2026. The exhibition is located adjacent to the conference room and includes the main refreshment area.

Summary of exhibitor and sponsoring options :
A. EXHIBITOR » CHF 1’700 + 8.8 % VAT
Each exhibitor will receive:
- 1 full participant entry to mAm 2026, including social events, lunches and coffee breaks.
- 1 table for brochures or product display (approx. 4m2 area) .
- space to display 1 x A0 posters (portrait/vertical orientation)
- 1 x 220 VAC electricity
- company logo on the conference web site and on all conference documentation
- 3 minute company elevator pitch in the main conference room.
Exhibitors needing more than 1 entry can register additional persons using the main registration page.
B. GOLD SPONSOR » CHF 2’700 + 8.8 % VAT
Each gold sponsor will receive everything from the exhibitor package, AND ;
- Increased visibility throughout the event (logo on welcome slide and extra signage, special mention at opening at closing sessions).
- 2 extra full participant entries to mAm 2026, including social events, lunches and coffee breaks (total 3 full entries).
- Logo and web link included in all mAm 2026 e-marketing newsletters.
Between December 23 and January 5 the mAm 2026 office will be closed for the holidays. Email will be answered from January 5.
Companies may still send booth reservations during this period – booth choices will be honoured on a first-come, first-serve basis (date of reception of booking form by email).
